We will create a Zoom recorded interview with your Hiring Manager or Management Team to talk about the culture, open positions and the hiring process.  The interview can be up to 15 minutes and will be professionally edited and branded with your company logo.

Targeted Sourcing 

All packages include targeted sourcing from our research team.  Our researchers will target ideal candidates on LinkedIn, our database and other platforms to engage with ideal candidates in the market. 

We will drive both direct applicants to your site as well as upload candidate profiles that we have pre-screened based on your specifications.

While you may have many roles posted, we will focus on the highest priority role first and work with your hiring manager on a weekly basis to actively build your pipeline.
