The Motionworks Careers site is owned and operated by Motionworks K.K., a media consulting company based in Japan.

Contact forms

The information submitted on the contact form is for people who may or may not be registered on the site but are contacting us with a certain query. We collect information such as your name, company name, email address and a contact number in order to contact you by phone or email to follow up on your query.

If you do not wish to register your personal information, you cannot apply for any positions or receive future updates, but you can view the website contents.

 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Some positions on the site are listed as "anonymous" which means the company posting the position does not want to make the actual company name public on the site. We respect company's right to keep their client's brands anonymously on this site but ask companies posting on our site to disclose all information related to posted positions to the registered user.

 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
