【具体的には】
・ご経験を生かして、モバイルテストプロセスを策定し、日本のモバイルゲームのトレンドや特徴、そしてプレイヤーの習慣に合わせた、日本ゲーム業界向けのテストコンテンツと高品質なテストレポートを提供していただきます。
・テスター視点から日本におけるローカライズ最適化ソリューションを推進し、チームをリードしながら、ゲーム製品に効率的なテストサービスを提供していただきます。言語のみならず海外ユーザーの嗜好やポップカルチャーを考慮したローカライズノウハウが大事だと思います。
【仕事内容】
・日本でのテストチームの構成、日本のモバイルテストの組織構造および人事管理計画の策定を担当する。
・日本のモバイルテストチームのテスト基準とテストプロセスを策定する。
・モバイルゲームスタジオとの橋渡しとなり、テスト案件を分析し、テスト計画を立てる。
・テストの実施と進捗管理、テストサービスを提供し、プロジェクトチームの満足度を向上させる。
【必須（MUST）】
① 5 年以上の日本モバイルゲームの品質保証の経験をお持ちの方、日本ゲーム市場に詳しく、モバイルゲームをテストする各プロセスの流れを熟知する。
② チームマネジメント、チームワーク能力の向上と人材育成に経験をお持ちの方。

・良好な英語コミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。
・ゲームが好きで、豊富なゲーム経験があり、ゲームに関する知識と理解に長けた方。
・良好なコミュニケーション能力、管理能力とチームワーク能力をお持ちの方。
・日本の有名なゲーム会社やテストサービス会社で働いた経験、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験がある方は大歓迎。
