They have 2 offices in Japan (Tokyo and Osaka) and 20+ employees in Japan and are looking to grow 20% of their team in Japan. The company has innovative technology products for B2B markets and have multiple patents on their designs and products. They are quite well-known in the industry and have established relationships with domestic and global enterprises.
About the Position:
This position will be based in the Osaka area (new office is in Naniwa, Osaka) and remote work is possible but not 100%. The position will also require at least 30% travel within Japan and APAC to assist the CEO on business trips. The main responsibility will be to arrange schedules and itineraries for the CEO and communicate with the Osaka team and the CEO on a regular basis. In addition, the person will be required to manage the daily office operations and communicate with the team in Osaka on a regular basis.
